And now we know that Volkswagen are going to treat us to a facelifted version of its people-carrying box with windows – the VW Touran.
Volkswagen has announced the new Golf R hot hatch will make its world debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show before going on UK sale in spring 2014. As the undisputed king of the VW Golf range, the Golf R packs 300hp and four-wheel drive, and is likely to be priced from just under £30,000. As such, the Golf R also becomes the most powerful production Golf.
